If for any reason this Service is not capable of running as planned due to an infection by a computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Service Providers which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Service , the Service Providers reserve the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Service , at which time, Service Providers will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received at the time of the Service termination. The Service Providers assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. The Service Provider is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or telephone lines, computer on-line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or entry to be received by the Service Provider due to technical problems, human error or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer relating to or resulting from participating in this Service or downloading any materials in this Service.



Win24 will register each subscriber into 200 prize draws every month. The prize draw is open to subscribed users aged 18 and over who complete the form on the website. The only cost is a subscription. The service is entirely SMS based, all content is delivered via SMS to the users mobile phone. The end user can access the service by web or by wap on his mobile phone. User needs to signup and the rest will work automized. We will answer all the prize draw question and enter his details at every prize draw on time so he has the best chance to win. If user should not win within 3 months, he will receive a guaranteed voucher reward valued 1,000 R.
